At GreenerConcepts, we strive to provide a hassle-free billing experience for our valued customers. For your convenience, we offer a recurring billing system that aligns with our service schedule. Our billing cycles are set on a monthly basis, allowing you to enjoy consistent and predictable billing throughout the year. With this seamless approach, you can focus on enjoying your well-maintained outdoor space without worrying about payment arrangements.

Your gate must remain unlocked for the full day of your regularly scheduled service. If you prefer not to unlock your gate, we recommend combo locks and that you provide us with the password or combination. Sorry, we will not send our crew or issue any credit for not mowing inside a locked fenced area. 

Please leave your pet inside on your scheduled mowing days. Please pick up any pet droppings, toys, large bones, large rocks, etc, the day before we mow. We do not make our employees mow yards that have not been picked up because it is hazardous to them and your property. 

We guarantee the quality and proper planting techniques to all of the plants we install. Watering is one of the most important roles for optimal plant growth and rooting. Homeowners that get new plants installed need to water their plants as instructed to ensure their plants survive and thrive in their newly installed landscape. We do not offer warranties on plants but we will replace any plants installed that have died prematurely due to disease or pests at no extra charge, but not from underwatering or drought.

Instead of charging you per cut or per service, we calculate the total cost of your landscape program for the entire season. These monthly installments will include your mowing, turf care, bed maintenance, and any other add-on (spring cleanup, fall cleanup, and/or pruning).

We then divide that total into 8 or 12 equal monthly payments. Whether it is spring, summer, or fall, your bill stays the same. This system is simple, predictable, and budget-friendly. It gives you the peace of mind of knowing exactly what to expect each month, while ensuring your property gets the consistent care it needs.
